We have all seen the devastation and horror that has taken place in New York and Washington D.C. LifeNets wants to help and we have found a way that will give practical assistance to those at the scene.

We have arranged to work with volunteers who live within walking distance of ground zero, volunteers who are committed to providing LifeNets resources to aid with massive needs that exist NOW!  Needs constantly change as valiant rescue and cleanup workers work around the clock. One million tons of rubble must be removed.  So far only 20,000 tons have been removed--it's going to be a long process.

The needs are great. Respirator masks are in short supply as the dust is far from settling as other buildings such as the Liberty Plaza are in danger of toppling.

LifeNets volunteers can help us make sure that 100% of the contributions from our heart will go directly to help in the recovery process. Part of LifeNets philosophy is that we work from end to end with every project...from donation to providing the direct aid.

LifeNets has already sent $2,000 to our lower Manhattan volunteers who live south of 14th Street to supply respirator masks. Our volunteers can assess immediately what is needed and be in place to provide it. They stop in to the Armory and the Javitts Center to see what the daily needs are.

Please help. If you have considered helping, but didn't know to whom to give or want assurance that your gift will be fully used for relief, consider making a donation to LifeNets;  We will see that 100% of your gift will benefit the relief efforts.

We will have continuous photo reports and accounting in this section.
