THE SWIM: The swimming event takes place at the Mandan Community Center swimming pool. The pool will be divided into two halves. The swimming event can be completed from either end of the pool.

BIKING: The road bike race will begin at the Mandan Community Center, proceed south through town on 6th Avenue NW, continue west on old Highway 10, returning to end at the Community Center.

THE RUN: The run will begin around the trail behind the Mandan Community Center. The complete course is 3.0 miles. Children will run 1 or 1/2 mile, depending on their age group, along the same course.
